● To ensure that our products are affordable, easily accessible, high quality, safe and provided in time in the competitive environment both in domestic and foreign markets and to maintain our leadership in the industry,

● Application of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) principles in our fragrance production stages,
● To ensure that the legal and regulatory requirements are fully met, including those related to food safety, at our flavor production stages,
● Food fraud negatively affect the quality, safety and reliability of food. For this reason, our management ensures the selection of raw materials and reliable suppliers in accordance with the original materials,
● To take effective food defense measures in all supply chain processes for food defense against possible sabotage,

SELUZ KİMYA KOZMETİK TİC VE SAN A.Ş adopts the environmental management system and sustainability approach in accordance with the Environmental Policy in the Fragrance and Flavor sector.

Within the framework of this policy;

● Our priority is sustainable environment, continuous improvement, efficient use of natural resources to minimize the environmental footprint, mitigation and adaptation of climate change and protection of ecosystems,
● Full compliance with Environmental Laws and preventing environmental pollution,
● To reduce the wastes generated during the activities at the source and to separate them at the source with the principal of zero waste management system when they occur and to recycle them,
● To control the possible effect to the environment we may cause and to use suitable technology to minimize these effects,
● To adopt the polluter pays principle, prevention at the source and the principle of being cautious without waiting for events that will have negative consequences for the environment before they happen,
● To ensure the sustainability of our environmental management system by organizing training activities in order to raise awareness of our employees, suppliers, customers and society about the protection of the environment,
● To keep track of all legal regulations and customer requirements and effectively implement them to improve the Environmental Performance by adapting to our environmental management system to regularly review, update it if necessary, providing continuous improvement of our environmental management system.

Within the framework of this policy;

● We commit carrying out activities to create the safe working and living culture and to raise awareness among our employees and suppliers,
● We undertake creating OHS programs, providing the necessary resources, conducting continuous improvement and development activities, informing employees about training programs, eliminating risks and turning them into opportunities,
● We are committed to take all kinds of measures in accordance with the OHS legislation and all requirements related to OHS in order to ensure the health and safety of our employees, suppliers, customers and visitors,
● To identify and eliminate occupational accidents and conditions that may cause occupational diseases in advance by making an effective risk assessment,
● We invite our employee representatives to our OHS meetings and our analyses, we also have one-on-one meetings with our support staff and other employees, and to receive near-miss incident forms from them,
● We are committed to ensuring the continuity of our functioning OHS Management System.

As our OHS policy, we undertake to ensure the continuity of our OHS Management System, which has been established and is being carried out in this direction.

As SELUZ Kimya Kozmetik Tic. ve San. A.Ş. fragrance and flavor, our employees include the companies that our employees receive outsourcing services; individuals and organizations working on behalf of Seluz Kimya Kozmetik Tic.ve San A.Ş., including consultants, lawyers, external auditors.
We are careful not to violate the human rights of our employees, subcontractors, employees in our supply chain, members of the communities in which we operate, or anyone else affected by our activities, either directly or by complicity in the actions of others.
We expect our suppliers and business partners to participate in this commitment and to implement policies and processes that support and maintain respect for human rights.

In this context; as SELUZ Kimya Kozmetik Tic. ve San. A.Ş. and its subsidiaries:

● We are committed to respecting and applying principles such as forced labor, non-use of child labor, non-discrimination, working hours and wages, collective bargaining and freedom of association which are stated as fundamental human rights under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labor Organizations Declaration of Fundamental Business Principles and Rights.
● We take care to treat our employees equally by providing them with equal opportunities without discrimination based on religion, language, race, age, color, nationality or social origin, gender.
● We are committed to providing a safe working environment for our employees and away from all kinds of harassment, abuse, abuse or violence.
● We support the freedom of our employees to form associations, hold meetings, organise and collective bargaining within the framework of legally recognized trade unions.
● We prohibit the employment of child labor in accordance with the principle of non-employment of child labor set forth in the Declaration of Basic Labor Principles and Rights of the International Labor Organization.

● We take the necessary precautions by providing legal and physical conditions within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety and offer a healthy work environment to employees in every respect. ● Our workplace provides its employees with competitive wages according to the sector and the local labor market. We operate in full compliance with applicable Laws and employment contracts regarding wages, working hours, overtime and benefits. We offer our employees opportunities to develop their skills and capacities and offer opportunities for promotion as much as possible.
● In case of any violation, notifications are submitted to the Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for managing the relevant processes and reporting them to the senior management.
● We will take immediate action against our subcontractors and suppliers, whose practices and performances we realize are in conflict with the provisions of this Human Rights Policy, and, if necessary, terminate our contracts or arrangements.

A.Ş Human Rights Policy has been issued based on the principles of Universal Declaration of Human Rights, United Nations (UN) Global Compact, UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, International Labor Organization (ILO) Conventions, OECDs Guidelines for Multinational Companies, UN Business Life and Human Rights Guidelines and national laws and guidelines.

As SELUZ Kimya Kozmetik Tic. ve San. A.Ş. our policy is to demonstrate that information security management is provided within human, infrastructure, software, hardware, user information, organizational information, third-party information and financial resources, to ensure risk management, to measure information security management process performance and to ensure the regulation of relations with third parties on issues related to information security.
Within the framework of this policy;

● To meet the obligations arising from the legislation and international agreements to which it is subject, to ensure the information security requirements arising from corporate responsibilities towards internal and external stakeholders
● To evaluate and manage the risks that may occur on information assets,
● To reduce the impact of information security threats on business/service continuity, to ensure the continuity and sustainability of the business,
● To protect the credibility and reputation of the company,

● To protect the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of information and throughout all activities, ensuring the continuity of the three basic elements of Information Security Management System, that are:

● Privacy: Prevention of unauthorized access to important information,
● Integrity: Demonstrating that the accuracy and integrity of the information is ensured,
● Accessibility: Demonstrating the accessibility of information to those with authority when necessary,

● We aim to identify the existing risks by making periodic evaluations on Information Security; to review and follow up the action plans as a result of the evaluations,
● To protect and improve the information security level with the control infrastructure of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) Team,
● To provide trainings to improve competencies in order to increase awareness of information security,
● Meet the business requirements for accessibility to information and information systems.

As SELUZ Kimya Kozmetik Tic. ve San. A.Ş. our priority is customer satisfaction in terms of Fragrance and Flavor. We are well aware that Allergen management is an important factor in terms of food safety and consumer satisfaction.
Allergens can cause many reactions in the human body. Just as a food can cause different symptoms in different people, it can also cause different symptoms in the same person at different times.
● Allergy to cosmetics can cause allergic reactions on the skin, itching, redness.
● A food allergy is when a persons immune system responds by seeing a particular food as harmful. An allergic reaction can occur from anything that a person eats, drinks, touches or inhales.

Within the framework of this policy;

● In addition to the requirements of the GFSI approved standards, an Allergen Management System has been established for raw materials containing allergens specified in the Turkish Food Codex, EU Regulation and IFRA regulation and we keep working within this scope.

● Our implementation processes for these principles;

● All information for allergenic raw materials is described on labels and such materials are stored on separate shelves.
● Allergen information is indicated on the finished product labels and product specifications.
● In our food production area, effective wet cleaning is carried out after allergen products on the production lines. After cleaning, cleaning efficiency verifications are made.

As SELUZ Kimya Kozmetik Tic. ve San. A.Ş. our priority is customer satisfaction in terms of Fragrance and Flavor. We prioritize meeting the demands and expectations of our customers on time and in accordance with the rules of the halal management system for our flavors and fragrances that are stated in our Halal Certificate.

Within the framework of this policy;

● We make our R&D studies in order to produce halal products in accordance with the local legal regulations of the countries where they are used, Islamic Fiqh and its requests.
● To prevent halal food safety hazards that may be encountered in all processes from the beginning to the last stage of our products and to ensure the control and continuity of the possible risks.
● To ensure the continuity of improvement and development studies in all units of our organization, to minimize the risks arising from the dangers that violate and disrupt halal food safety.
● Our aim is to raise awareness of all our employees regarding the quality and halal food safety and provide trainings to ensure the continuity of conscious employees.
