As the key to progressing towards this goal, our management undertakes;

● To develop all our business processes in a way that has the perspective of our customers, is compatible with their needs and expectations, and to meet customer expectations completely in order to become the preferred brand in all circumstances and to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level,
● By conducting research and development activities, to closely monitor the technology related to our field and to continuously increase productivity by providing the appropriate ones to our company,
● To establish an effective cooperation environment with our suppliers, to select original raw materials and reliable suppliers,
● In a competitive environment in the domestic and foreign markets, to maintain our leadership in the sector by ensuring that our products are affordable, easily accessible, compliant with all relevant legal regulations and regulatory requirements, high quality, safe and met on time,
● To implement the necessary measures for the continuous improvement of the competencies and performance of our employees,
● To apply GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) principles in all our production stages,
● To ensure that compliance with the Quality and Food Safety management system, Halal Food requirements and authenticity are fully met in our aroma production stages, to continuously improve the Quality and Food Safety Culture,
● To take effective food defense measures in all supply chain processes for food defense against possible sabotage,
to ensure the creation of a constantly improving management structure and to provide the necessary resources for this.

SELUZ KIMYA KOZMETİK TİC. ve SAN. A.Ş. adopts the Environmental management system and sustainability approach in accordance with the Environmental Policy in the Essence and Aroma sector.

Within the framework of this policy;

● We undertake to ensure priority sustainable environment, continuous improvement, effective use of natural resources to minimize the environmental footprint, mitigation and adaptation of climate change and protection of ecosystems,
● To ensure full compliance with the Environmental Law and related regulations and preventing environmental pollution,
● To reduce the waste generated during the activities at the source and to separate it at the source with the logic of the zero waste management system when it occurs, to recycle it,
● To control the possible effects we will have on the environment and to use appropriate technology to minimize,
● To adopt the polluter pays principle, prevention at the source and the principle of being cautious without waiting for events that will have negative consequences for the environment,
● To ensure the sustainability of our environmental management system by organizing training activities in order to raise awareness of our employees, suppliers, customers and society about the protection of the environment,
● To follow all compliance obligations, customer requirements and to effectively implement our Environmental Management System in order to increase environmental performance by adapting to them, to review regularly, to update if necessary, to ensure continuous improvement of our Environmental Management System.

As SELUZ Kimya Kozmetik Tic. ve San. A.Ş., we consider human being as our most important value and our priority is to be “human first” oriented. Based on this principle, we are obliged to provide a safe and healthy working environment and do what is necessary.

Within the framework of this policy;

● We undertake to make efforts to create a safe working and living culture and to raise awareness among our employees and suppliers,
● To inform employees through training programs and to eliminate risks and turn them into opportunities by creating OHS programs, providing the necessary resources and carrying out continuous improvement and development activities,
● To carry out all kinds of activities in accordance with OHS legal and all other conditions in order to ensure the health and safety of our employees, suppliers, customers and visitors,
● To identify and eliminate possible occupational accidents and conditions that may cause occupational diseases in advance by conducting an effective risk assessment,
● To include our employee representatives in our OHS meetings and analyzes we make, as well as to meet one-on-one with our support staff and other employees and to take precautions for near miss incidents,
● To carry out the necessary activities for employee participation and consultation
● To ensure the continuity of our established and ongoing OHS Management System.

As our OHS policy, we are committed to ensuring the continuity of our OHS Management System, which has been established and is being implemented in this direction.

As SELUZ Kimya Kozmetik Tic. ve San. A.Ş., our employees in the field of essence and aroma includes individuals and organizations working on behalf of Seluz Kimya Kozmetik Tic.ve San. A.Ş. including companies from which we receive external services; consultants, lawyers, external auditors.
We take care not to violate the human rights of our employees, subcontractors, employees involved in our supply chain, members of the communities in which we operate, or anyone else affected by our activities directly or by complicity in the actions of others.
We also expect our suppliers and business partners to participate in this commitment; and to implement policies and processes that support and maintain respect for human rights.

In this context; as SELUZ Kimya Kozmetik Tic. ve San. A.Ş. and its subsidiaries:

● We undertake to respect and implement the basic human rights within the scope of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the principles set out in the Declaration of Fundamental Business Principles and Rights of the International Labour Organization; such as forced labor, non-use of child labor, non-discrimination, working hours and wages, collective bargaining and freedom of association.
● We take care to treat our employees equally by providing equal opportunities without discrimination of religion, language, race, age, color, nationality or social origin, gender.
● We are committed to providing a safe working environment for our employees and free from all kinds of harassment, abuse, misconduct or violence.
● We support the freedom of our employees to form associations, hold meetings, organize and collectively bargain within the framework of legally recognized trade unions.
● We prohibit the employment of child workers in accordance with the principle of non-employment of child workers set out in the Declaration of Fundamental Business Principles and Rights of the International Labour Organization.
● We establish preventive rules within the scope of the protection of the personal information of our employees.
● We take the necessary precautions by providing the legal and physical conditions within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety and offer a healthy work environment to employees in every respect. We are conducting training and interim information to increase employee awareness by showing the necessary importance to this issue.
● Our workplace gives competitive wages to its employees according to the sector and the local labor market. We carry out our practices; in full compliance with applicable laws and employment contracts regarding wages, working hours, overtime and fringe benefits. We offer our employees opportunities to develop their skills and capacities, and to rise as much as possible.
● In case of any violation, notifications are forwarded to the Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for managing the processes related to the subject and informing the senior management.
● We will take immediate action against our subcontractors and suppliers whose practices and performances we realize contradict the provisions of this Human Rights Policy, and if necessary, we will terminate our contracts or arrangements.

Human Rights Policy of Seluz Kimya Kozmetik Tic.ve San. A.Ş. has been prepared on the basis of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Global Compact, the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, the International Labour Organization (ILO) Conventions, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Companies, the UN Business Life and Human Rights Guidelines, as well as national laws and guidelines.

As SELUZ Kimya Kozmetik Tic. ve San. A.Ş., we implement this policy to demonstrate that information security management is ensured within human, infrastructure, software, hardware, user information, organizational information, third party information and financial resources, to ensure risk management, to measure information security management process performance and to ensure the regulation of relations with third parties on matters related to information security.
Within the framework of this policy, we undertake;

● To meet the obligations arising from the legislation and international agreements to which it is subject, to ensure the information security requirements arising from corporate responsibilities for internal and external stakeholders,
● To evaluate and manage the risks that may arise on information assets,
● To reduce the impact of information security threats on business/service continuity, to ensure the continuity and sustainability of business,
● To protect the credibility and reputation of the institution,
● To protect the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of information and in all activities carried out

To ensure the continuity of three basic elements of Information Security Management System:
● Privacy: Prevention of unauthorized access to important information,
● Integrity: Demonstrating that the accuracy and integrity of the information is ensured,
● Accessibility: Demonstrating the accessibility of information to those who have authority, if necessary,

● To identify the existing risks by conducting periodic evaluations on Information Security; to review and follow up action plans as a result of the evaluations,
● To protect and improve the level of information security with the control infrastructure of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) Team,
● To provide trainings that will improve competencies in order to increase information security awareness,
● Meet the business requirements for accessibility to information and information systems.

As SELUZ Kimya Kozmetik Tic. ve San. A.Ş., our priority in Essence and Aroma is consumer satisfaction. We are aware that allergen management is an important factor in terms of food safety and consumer satisfaction.
Allergens can cause many reactions (reactions) in the human body. Just as a food can cause different symptoms in different people, it can also cause different symptoms in the same person at different times.
● Cosmetic allergies may cause allergic reactions on the skin, itching, redness.
● A food allergy is when a persons immune system responds by deeming a certain food harmful. An allergic reaction may occur from anything that a person eats, drinks, touches or inhales.

Within the framework of this policy;
● In addition to the requirements of GFSI approved standards, an Allergen Management System has been established for raw materials containing allergens specified in the Turkish Food Codex, EU Regulation and IFRA regulation and is being worked on in this direction.
● Our implementation processes for these principles;
● All information for allergen raw materials is defined on labels and stored on separate shelves.
● Allergen information is indicated on the finished product labels and product specifications.
● In our food production area, effective wet cleaning is performed after allergenic products on the production lines. After cleaning, cleaning activity verifications are made.

As SELUZ Kimya Kozmetik Tic. ve San. A.Ş., our priority in Essence and Aroma is consumer satisfaction. Our priority is to meet the wishes and expectations of our customers in a timely manner and in accordance with the rules of the halal management system for our food flavors and essences, which we specify in our Halal Certificate.

Within the framework of this policy;

● Within the scope of halal products, products are produced at a cost in accordance with the local legal regulations, Islamic Jurisprudence and procedures of the countries where all our R&D studies are used.
● We undertake to prevent the halal food safety hazards that may be encountered in all processes from the beginning of our products to the last stage and to ensure the control and continuity of the risks that may occur.
● To ensure the continuity of improvement and development studies in all units of our organization, to minimize the risks arising from hazards contrary to and disruptive to halal food safety.
● To establish the awareness of quality and halal food safety of all our employees and to organize training programs in order to ensure the continuity of this and to ensure the acquisition of conscious employees.
